Heritage Building Maintenance is excited to announce, effective September 24, 2022, Heritage Building Maintenance entered into an agreement to be acquired by Bee-Clean Building Maintenance. Bee-Clean Building Maintenance is Canada’s largest privately held janitorial company with over 14,000 employees.
Heritage will continue to operate as a separate entity and will retain its current office in Des Moines, IA with the current staff, management, and leadership.
Greg Theroux, President will remain as co-owner. We also wish to introduce Philippe D. Mack as our Chief Executive Officer to the Heritage community. Philippe also holds the title of Senior Vice-President of Customer Experience and USA Expansion at Bee-Clean. Philippe augments the Heritage team with over 30 years of progressive leadership and proven success in our industry. Philippe is also President-elect of BSCAI international, our industries premier resource for contractors of which Heritage is a long-standing member.

They have built their business across Canada over the last 50+ years, progressively managing heavy industrial sites, energy sector producers, hospitals, airports, large and small commercial buildings, technology sector facilities, transportation and telecommunication locations, colleges and universities, retail environments, and major sports venues. They have vast experience in leading technology and sustainable practices, which will compliment Heritage’s existing client base while exploring future opportunities.
