Chad Cordaro started with Heritage Building Maintenance in 2019, bringing with him over 27 years of Executive leadership and the expertise behind the growth of more than $27 Million in facility services. These milestones were achieved through his openness to new ideas, focus on innovation, and the ability to see change and pivot for the benefit of the company and those in his charge.
As President of Heritage Building Maintenance, Chad is responsible for the overall operational performance and profitability of all Heritage divisions through a focus on innovation, best practices, technology, and operational excellence.

Justin Theroux – Vice President
A 20-year veteran of the building maintenance and custodial industry, Justin Theroux has been with Heritage Building Maintenance since its inception in 2011. Through close collaboration with the CEO, Justin has been instrumental in establishing the Heritage Building Maintenance business model, operations systems, and helped grow the start-up to serve more than 12 million sq. ft. of mixed commercial facilities.
Advancement across numerous industry leadership positions prepared Justin perfectly for his role as Heritage’s Vice President. Benefiting from a strong focus on operations that relies heavily on detail-oriented leadership, training, and the ability to effectively guide his employees beyond custodial best practices, Justin and the team will be at the forefront of the building maintenance industry, driving innovative well building and green building maintenance services for all clients.

Bob McVey – Sales Manager
An industry-recognized sales management professional with over two decades of B2B sales experience, Bob McVey joined Heritage Building Maintenance in 2019. His vision for Heritage is to lead the sales and growth strategy across the Des Moines and central Iowa areas with a focus on industry groups including Business & Industrial organizations, Education, Healthcare, Technology & Manufacturing, as well as Technical Solutions. He and the Heritage team are focused on expanding industry market share by delivering innovative green cleaning services through a holistic approach and next-level accountability.
Bob is a US Marine Corp Veteran and also served with the US Marine Corps Reserves for eight years before being honorably discharged. Bob belongs to the American Legion and volunteers with local groups focused on community improvement and helping organizations/individuals that are in need.
