Heritage Building Maintenance was proud to participate in the 2026 Latino Festival in Des Moines on September 26–27. The weekend provided a wonderful opportunity for our team to connect with members of the community, introduce more people to Heritage, and share information about employment opportunities within our company.
Throughout the festival, visitors stopped by the Heritage booth to learn more about who we are and what we do. We added a little friendly competition to the weekend with a bag toss game, where participants had the chance to win Heritage promotional prizes. It was a fun way to meet festival attendees and make our booth an interactive part of the celebration.
In addition to the activities and giveaways, our team handed out flyers highlighting current employment opportunities with Heritage Building Maintenance. Participating in community events like the Latino Festival gives us an opportunity not only to promote our services, but also to meet potential future employees and strengthen our connection with the communities we serve.
